King Charles III addresses Congress

Britain's King Charles III addressed a joint meeting of the US Congress, where he is expected to reference Saturday’s shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and reflect on the two nations’ shared history. Charles became the second British monarch to address Congress, after his mother Queen Elizabeth II spoke at the Capitol in 1991.
