The ceasefire is being tested after Iran’s Revolutionary Guards attacked three American destroyers in the Strait of Hormuz. The United States answered with focused strikes against Revolutionary Guards infrastructure along Iran’s southern coast, including missile and UAV launch sites, command-and-control centers, naval infrastructure, and intelligence-gathering facilities near Bandar Abbas and Qeshm Island. President Trump called the exchange “taps of love” and said the ceasefire remains in effect.
