KALININGRAD is located on the Baltic Sea between Lithuania & Poland but has been part of Russia since the end of World War II. Russia sends supplies to Kalingrad by Rial however Lithuania has announced a BAN ON SUPPLIES in line with he SANCTIONS against Russia. Russia has now THREATENED Lithuania with SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES. Lithuania is a member of NATO so any Military Action Runs the risk of NATO getting involved.
