Ireland rent and property. It's a little pricey.
The problem may be that there is so much red tape to pay for.
Since the 70's we now have
Excessive health and safety costs, quangos, RTB, PSA, excessive
contributions, excessive taxes, Revenue scrutiny, Insurance costs,
claims, solicitor costs for claims, WRC, call center banking,
planning contributions, architects insurance, larger brown envelopes,
county council interaction etc etc etc. Did no one think these costs
would not be added on to the house ?
