Gardaí investigating fire attack on woman in Clondalkin carry out dawn raids on eight properties

Gardaí investigating the attack on a woman who was badly burned when she was set on fire in Clondalkin have carried out a number of raids this morning.

In an update on the investigation, gardaí said the 43-year-old woman, who had petrol thrown in her face before being set on fire at her Dublin home and suffered serious burns to more than half of her body, remains in a serious condition in hospital.
