Despite one of Nintendo's best games having a successful LEGO crossover with numerous sets in 2025, its rumored 2026 LEGO release looks slim.

In a Reddit post, a user known as Phydok shared a look at their LEGO replica of their parents’ house. In the short video, the Reddit user used a close-up shot of the impressive LEGO build before zooming out to reveal the actual home in the background. The finished design was stunning, with Phydok copying many of the architectural qualities of the full-size structure in the plastic replica. For example, the LEGO build had the same colored roof and siding, along with identical window and door placement. They even designed the build with the ground sloping from front to back, mimicking the real-world terrain.

Phydok included several images of the design in the Reddit comments, revealing that the back of the replica house was carefully detailed. Beyond the exterior, the Reddit user recreated the interior of the building. In one picture, the layout was clearly visible, which included many rooms. For example, there was a kitchen, complete with amenities like a stove. There were also bedrooms, along with stairways to lead to different layers of the house.

When sharing the finished project on Reddit, Phydok gave some background on the build. According to the creator, blueprints for the full-size house were used to help come up with the original design. They also took many pictures of their home. Using these references, the design was laid out in Bricklink Studio, a software application that lets users build and render LEGO creations. The LEGO replica utilized a one-stud:one-foot scale. Impressively, Phydok revealed that each floor lifts apart, making the detailed interior easy to see.

Unsurprisingly, the response to the replica house has been very positive on the LEGO subreddit. So far, more than 14K users have upvoted the post, with numerous comments praising details such as the elevation change and multiple floors. Some users wondered what the creator’s parents decided to do with the replica. Fortunately, Phydok responded, revealing that their dad planned to build a place to display the incredible design.

It should be noted that this jaw-dropping LEGO build is just one of many examples of the LEGO community's creativity. Recently, another incredible build was showcased, this time featuring Minas Tirith from The Lord of the Rings. The set was built by six people and featured nearly 100,000 pieces, doing justice to the iconic location from the J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle-earth. Many more LEGO building endeavors have been undertaken by the community, and more will surely be shared in 2026
