The Hong Kong Marathon on Sunday attracts adults from all over the world to race along the roads and through tunnels in the city. But why should adults have all the fun?

A group of youngsters on Saturday laced up their running shoes and competed in the new Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon Youth Race, which started and finished at Kai Tak Youth Sports Ground.

Aimed at youths aged between 10 and 15 years old, the run covered 2km and was organised to inspire young people to participate in sports and promote long-distance running in Hong Kong.
