Discover the stylish grace and technical superiority of the
Sirena Yachts 42M superyacht.
Just weeks ahead of its highly anticipated debut, the new Sirena Yachts 42M is entering its final build phase. As the flagship of the Sirena Superyachts range and the largest yacht by Sirena Marine to date, the 42M also represents the foundation of the brand’s new steel and aluminium superyacht series. It’s a major strategic milestone that signals the Turkish shipyard’s expansion into larger custom vessels.
Design comes from several high-profile studios. Luca Vallebona developed both the exterior lines and the interior layout with the Milan-based design studio Hot Lab (part of The Viken Group). Van Oossanen Naval Architects’ advanced naval architecture and Eureka Yachts’ detailed engineering support their efforts. The yacht balances sculptural elegance with technical sophistication. Its profile features elongated lines, generous glazing, and carefully proportioned deck spaces that enhance both aesthetics and onboard livability.
With an interior volume of approximately 433 GT, the Sirena Superyachts 42M offers remarkable spatial generosity across multiple decks. The design focuses on openness and connection with the surrounding seascape. Large windows and minimal structural pillars allow panoramic views. Simultaneously, fluid transitions between interior and exterior areas create a seamless onboard experience.
The overall configuration of the yacht is highly adaptable, allowing each owner to tailor the onboard experience to personal preferences.
A defining feature, though, is the owner’s suite, introducing an innovative private patio. The concept is rare in semi-custom yachts of this size. Positioned forward, the suite opens through a sliding glass door onto a secluded outdoor terrace. Here, elements such as a pergola, optional plunge pool, and an organically shaped staircase leading to the upper deck create a tranquil retreat.
The main deck continues this philosophy of integration and openness. The saloon flows naturally aft toward the exterior lounge and the pool area. Notably, the pool sits slightly lower to enhance the visual connection with the water. This arrangement creates an inviting environment for entertaining while maintaining an elegant spatial continuity.
Accommodation on the lower deck includes four guest cabins, among them two spacious VIP suites with transverse beds. Each cabin features an en suite bathroom and carefully planned layouts that optimize privacy and comfort. Technical areas are further aft and separate from the guest spaces to ensure superior sound insulation and a serene onboard atmosphere.
Nordic Meets Mediterranean
Interior design by Hot Lab emphasizes a calm yet sophisticated aesthetic. The décor blends Nordic restraint with Mediterranean warmth, combining linear architectural elements with softly curved forms. Natural materials play a central role throughout the yacht.
A light, desaturated color scheme enhances the balanced mix of materials and shapes. It amplifies the natural sunlight that floods the interiors, too. Greenery and subtle textures add warmth, reinforcing the feeling of a contemporary floating home.
Beyond its aesthetic qualities, the Sirena Superyachts 42M also demonstrates a strong focus on engineering and environmental responsibility. The yacht has Tier III-compliant propulsion and uses environmentally responsible materials throughout.
Ultimately, the Sirena Superyachts 42M embodies the evolution of the Sirena brand. It combines spacious design, technical sophistication, and elegant styling in a way that feels both refined and approachable. As the first model in the shipyard’s new superyacht series, it marks a bold step forward. It positions Sirena Marine firmly within the global superyacht arena while offering owners a versatile and beautifully crafted vessel for modern life at sea.
