A woman has been charged with murder after the body of a man was discovered in a public park yesterday morning.
Amber Stebbings, 28, was charged over the death of 54-year-old Gary Grant at Sparrow's Nest Gardens in Lowestoft.
Suffolk Police officers were called to the park at approximately 10:13 pm on Friday, where they discovered Mr Grant unresponsive.
Despite the arrival of emergency services, he was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Stebbings, who is of no fixed address, was arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with murder.
She is scheduled to appear before Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court this Monday.
Authorities are treating the death as an isolated incident, noting that the victim and the accused were known to one another.
Specialist officers are currently providing support to Mr Grant's family during this time.

The Suffolk Police Force said: 'A Home Office post-mortem will take place in due course.
'Officers are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information.
'This includes anyone driving in the area around the time that may have a dash camera.'
Suffolk Police have called on anyone with information to contact the force quoting crime reference 37/16062/26.
