HONG KONG -- Beijing is planning fine multiple e-commerce platforms over safety concerns involving food deliveries, with bargain e-tailer Pinduoduo expected to be hit the hardest, at around 1.5 billion yuan ($219 million), people familiar with the matter told Nikkei Asia.
