We are still a few months away from the first preseason game of the new NFL season, but that doesn't mean it'll take that long to see some of the biggest prospects taken in the 2026 NFL Draft in their uniforms.
The NFL Players Rookie Premiere event will once again be held this offseason, with the most prominent rookies for the upcoming campaign invited out to Los Angeles for a multi-day hangout.

While the rookies won't be in full pads and smacking each other across the grass, they will take their first official photos in their jerseys, do media interviews, and get to know each other before beginning their careers together in the NFL.
For me, in the sometimes football wasteland that are May and June (aside from the schedule release), it's the first few days that you can get caught up in the endless possibilities of what your rookie class can bring to your franchise.
In Las Vegas, the Raiders have had difficulty connecting with the city. But now with Fernando Mendoza under center? There's actual positivity surrounding the organization across the Las Vegas Strip.
