Newsom Gets MAJOR WIN in Defamation Lawsuit against Fox News

In breaking news, a Delaware Superior Court Judge has DENIED Fox News' motion to dismiss California Governor Gavin Newsom's $787 million dollar defamation case against it, alleging that Fox anchors including Jesse Waters LIED about Newsom and the timing of a call he had with Trump on purpose and with actual malice.  Popok explains that this now moves the case into the email search and deposition phase, that could put Trump, Jesse Waters, John Roberts and other key Fox personnel on the witness stand, and open up their documents to search!
