Superstar DJ Calvin Harris is swapping his decks for a boardroom desk after becoming an executive at a tech firm.
The Scot has been unveiled as the new ‘Chief Wellness Officer’ at fast-growing healthcare brand Healf.
The company was founded in 2020 by Manchester-born brothers Max Clarke and Lestat McCree as an online destination for carefully selected wellbeing products.
It now serves more than 550,000 regular customers and its annual revenues have surpassed £100 million.
The company said Harris, 41, will help shape Healf’s ‘wellbeing philosophy, product curation and cultural presence’ in his new role.
The Dumfries-born DJ said: ‘As an artist I find inspiration in different things: people, places, feelings, words. Music is about pushing limits, doing things I haven’t done before - I have to take care of my mind and body to do that.
‘I’ve learned that what keeps me feeling good changes all the time, depending on the day, the tour, the studio, everything. Healf gets that.
‘They’re not trying to tell you how to live; they’re helping you find what works for you.

Nineties supermodel Claudia Schiffer, who has invested in Healf, is starring in a new advertising campaign with Harris for the brand
‘That’s why stepping in as Chief Wellbeing Officer made sense, their whole approach feels real, grounded and genuinely helpful.’
Harris is starring in a new advertising campaign for Healf alongside supermodel Claudia Schiffer, who is an investor in the brand and its ambassador for ‘Women’s Health & Longevity’.
Schiffer, 55, said: ‘Healf is the world’s leading brand for longevity, health and beauty tech, and I have been a fan since the beginning.
‘Becoming both an ambassador and an investor felt like a natural fit for me as our passions genuinely align.
‘I hope that with all the amazing noise in longevity and health, curation will be helpful. I believe in everything natural because what we put in and on our bodies, through food and products, makes a big difference to one’s health and wellbeing.’
Former supermarket shelf stacker Harris - whose real name is Adam Wiles - is one of the highest-earning DJs in the world and in 2020 sold the rights to his back catalogue to an investment firm for a reported £76 million.
He is married to BBC Radio 1 DJ Vick Hope and the couple had a baby son last year.
In a recent interview, Harris told how he planned to stop DJing within the next decade.
He said: ‘I always said that once I get past 50, I can’t see me DJing.
‘The more commercial end [of DJing], it gets a little bit suspect. I think I’d prefer to be in the studio making tunes.’
