Longoria’s most recent real estate chapter unfolds in Marbella, where she purchased a villa in early 2023 as she began spending more of her time outside the U.S. The property serves as a primary base for the actress and was prominently featured in the CNN series Eva Longoria: Searching for Spain, which traces her ancestral roots and deepening connection to the country.
She first fell for Marbella two decades ago and seized the opportunity when the right house finally came on the market. Though it required refurbishment, the villa checked every box in terms of size and location. She reportedly purchased the property the same day she viewed it.
Mexico City is also functioning as a “second home” for Longoria, who frequently visits the capital and owns property there. Her ties to the country deepened through her marriage to Jose Bastón, a former president of Televisa, and were explored onscreen in CNN’s Searching for Mexico, which preceded her Spain series. The property includes six family bedrooms, two staff bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, a media room, library, glass-walled gym, temperature-controlled wine room, and a chef’s kitchen paired with a full catering kitchen.
