A driver high on ketamine admitted taking the drug before mowing down and killing a young motorcyclist.
Cormac Sale, 22, is seen slumped in the back of an ambulance as he is asked by paramedics if he had taken drugs or alcohol.
After initially staying silent, he was told to be honest and replied: 'Ket.'
Sale's Skoda Fabia crashed into Spencer Rothwell-Poole, also 22, near Bolton, Greater Manchester, on December 14 2024.
He was ten times over the legal limit to drive.
Mr Rothwell-Poole died at the scene and Sale was sentenced to ten years and eight months in jail.
In a clip released by Greater Manchester Police Sale's Skoda Fabia drives along the road at speed before braking sharply as another driver pulls into a cycle lane.
Sale then accelerated and overtook at speed, seconds before he crashed into Mr Rothwell-Poole.

The dead man's father told Bolton Crown Court: 'On the 14 December 2024 at 7pm I hugged my boy for the last time.
'I told him that I loved him and to stay safe, he went out on his bike and never came back, all because of one mindless person that night.
'Cormac Sale didn't just kill my son. He killed the family.'
Mr Rothwell Poole's brother said he was 'an amazingly safe and careful motorbike rider, who did everything by the book', adding he missed him 'every day'.
Detective Constable James Maskrey said the sentence reflected the 'devastating consequences of choosing to drive recklessly and whilst under the influence', adding that 'dangerous driving destroys lives'.
