Only had 30 minutes at home so I kept it simple and made it count ⏱️🔥
Workout:
– Sumo hold combo
– Curtesy lunges + bicep curls
+ pulses at the end (these burn 😅)
– Renegade rows + push-ups
– RDLs
– Glute bridges + calf raises combo
– Bird dogs
2–3 rounds, keep the rest short & controlled
Nothing fancy… just showing up and doing the work!
