Responding to U.S. President Donald Trump's threat that a 'whole civilization will die' in Iran, former UN ambassador Bob Rae says the comments are genocidal, the administration is corrupt and the U.S. is behaving immorally and illegally. Rae argues that Trump is at risk of 'very serious war crimes,' and dismisses Trump's claims that he's helping the Iranian people: 'Frankly, I don't think that's what motivates him in the slightest.'
