Lisa George appointed Paid Media Manager at Aviva

Lisa George has been appointed as Aviva's new Paid Media Manager. For the past six years, George has been the Partnerships and Media Manager at the online switching service Bonkers.ie. The former Head of Sales at Spotify went public with her new role earlier this week. In a post on her LinkedIn account, Lisa wrote: "I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Paid Media Manager at Aviva!" George was flooded with scores of responses online wishing her well in her new job. Candidates for the position were expected to possess a range of skills, including expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic display. And a strong understanding of performance marketing and above-the-line media. Aviva said the new role is "key to driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and campaign performance." George will, they say, "work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise media investment and ensure alignment with Aviva’s brand and growth ambitions". Included in her list of duties in the new role is a requirement to "develop and deliver full funnel paid media plans across TV, radio, display, video, paid search, and social." She will also be expected to "translate marketing goals into customer-focused media strategies with measurable impact." Lisa George has been appointed as Aviva's new Paid Media Manager Collaborate with internal teams and media agencies to optimise campaign performance, as well as lead test-and-learn programmes to improve ROI and customer experience.
