Integrity360 expands to North America with Advantus360 acquisition
Irish cybersecurity firm Integrity360 has established a foothold in North America with the acquisition of Canada's Advantus360. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2015, Advantus360 is a highly respected cybersecurity services and solutions provider serving customers throughout Canada and the US.
Headquartered in Calgary, the company has clients in the oil, gas and energy sector, as well as the transportation, manufacturing, legal, financial, retail, mining and services industries.
Its expertise in cybersecurity consulting stretches to design and architecture, assessment, remediation, integration, deployment, strategy development and training.
It also has a long track record in the design, deployment and ongoing support of innovative cybersecurity solutions from leading global cybersecurity vendor Palo Alto Networks, as well as vendors like Cisco, HPE, KnowB4, Algosec, and Mimecast.
Alongside professional services and cybersecurity solutions, Advantus360 also provides managed services solutions ranging from technical support services to Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions.
“This is an exciting moment for us. It is our absolute pleasure that Advantus360 is joining Integrity360 to continue the growth journey we started a decade ago," said Regan and Stefan Herbst, directors of Advantus360.
"Advantus360 has flourished during that time thanks to the support of our customers and employees.
"With the backing of Ian and the considerable resources, capability, and track record of the entire Integrity360 team, we are thrilled about what we can achieve for our customers and our employees, as we look to expand across both Canada and the United States over the coming years.”
Integrity360 plans to develop Advantus360 into a significant regional services hub covering Canada and the US that will provide its full suite of services.
As with companies acquired by Integrity360 in Germany, South Africa and the Benelux region, Advantus360 will operate a security operations centre (SOC), which will become the local access point for Integrity360's existing SOC operation.
Integrity360 has 200 employees in its security operations centre unit across facilities in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg, with further locations to be added in Brussels and Paris.
“We are really delighted to be welcoming Regan, Stefan and Marci, and indeed the entire Advantus360 team to Integrity360," said Ian Brown, executive chair of Integrity360.

"The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the group as it represents our first presence in the strategically important North American market. Advantus360 has, for more than a decade, established and developed an enviable reputation for excellence in cybersecurity consulting and solutions.
"Its achievements in designing, deploying and supporting Palo Alto Networks solutions are particularly impressive and will be built upon by the whole Integrity360 group. We are looking forward to working closely with the team to rapidly expand their operations and capability over the coming years.”
