DBSC Spring Chicken Winter Racing Marks 25th Anniversary

Entries have opened for the 25th edition of Dublin Bay Sailing Club's (DBSC) Spring Chicken winter race, scheduled for Sunday, 1 February.

The event marks a return to winter racing following the traditional Turkey Shoot.

Organisers have issued the Notice of Race and are urging competitors to submit entries as early as possible.

Accurate sail numbers are requested to assist race management.

“Back again, time to resume our winter racing,” said event organiser Fintan Cairns in a message to sailors.

The Spring Chicken series has become a long-running fixture on the Capital's winter sailing calendar.
