US, Iran ‘closing in on one-page memorandum to end war’, reports say

Reports suggest Iran is reviewing a one-page memorandum of understanding to end the war and set a framework for more detailed nuclear negotiations.
The deal would see the US agreeing to release billions of dollars of frozen Iranian funds.
