Beth Rigby: Could Angela Rayner be back in the cabinet?

Sky's political editor Beth Rigby reveals the split in Keir Starmer's inner team over whether to carry out a reshuffle after the local elections.

She says, one side of the prime minister's cabinet wants to put some of the "soft-left in Labour back into the top team" like Angela Rayner, Lucy Powell and Louise Haigh.
