Two men arrested at Dublin Airport after incident on Ryanair flight

Two men were arrested at Dublin Airport following an incident last night. The men, one in his 30s and another in his 40s, boarded a 9pm Ryanair flight from London Stansted to Dublin on Tuesday. Gardai were alerted to a public order incident on the plane. Officers arrested the duo after the flight landed at Dublin Airport. The men have since been charged and are due to appear in court at a later date. A Garda spokesman said: "Gardaí attached to Dublin Airport arrested two men, one aged in his 30s and another in his 40s, following an incident on board an aircraft that landed at Dublin Airport last night, Tuesday, 4th of March 2025. "Gardaí met the aircraft and arrested the men under the Public Order Act. Both men have since been charged and are due to appear before a sitting of the District Court at the Criminal Courts of Justice at a later date. "Investigations are ongoing."
