'I feel invisible': Civil service retirees suffer from pension backlog

Tens of thousands of civil servants are waiting on pension backlogs after a new administrator, Capita, took over the public sector contract in December.

One retiree - who worked for the prison service for 35 years - has told Sky's Mollie Malone he's waiting for his pension while living with Parkinson's disease.
