Pollster: 'Labour are going to lose a very large number of seats' in local elections

Tory peer and pollster Lord Hayward has warned that Labour are set to lose a "very large number of seats" in the upcoming local elections.

He said Labour will lose around 1,500 of the 2,500 English council seats they're defending - while the Tories will lose around 600 of the 1,300 they have.

Lord Hayward believes the main beneficiaries will be Reform UK and the Green Party.
