BREAKING: US Military Aircraft Hit? 'SHOCK EMERGENCY' Declared Over Hormuz | Watch
A U.S. Air Force KC-135 tanker reportedly triggered an emergency alert after squawking 7700 mid-flight over the Strait of Hormuz. The aircraft, which had been airborne for hours, reportedly descended and altered course towards Qatar following the distress signal. Flight tracking data cited by regional sources placed the aircraft over the Persian Gulf at the time of the alert, before it later disappeared from radar. Reports also suggest two helicopters departed Al Udeid Air Base, possibly in response. Meanwhile, signs of GPS disruption, including jamming and spoofing, were detected in the area. There is no official confirmation yet on the aircraft’s status or cause of the emergency.
